Control the volume before it arrives
Most recruiting tools give a team a posting box and then a flood. PPN puts the filter in front of the application instead of after it. When you post an opening you set the position needed, the height range, contract type, start date and duration, and then the eligibility rules: gender, passport status, professional experience, collegiate experience, and any custom requirement you want to add. A player who does not meet them cannot apply at all.
You also choose how the opening is fed. Open accepts direct player applications. Agent Preferred signals that you would rather hear from representation. Agent Only closes direct applications entirely. And you choose a submission window — three, five or seven days — after which the opening expires on its own rather than collecting stale applications for months.
Reviewing applicants who have already been checked
Every applicant you see has been verified by PPN before being listed, and only players at verification Level 3 are searchable. Their height, position, nationality, passport status, team history, statistics and film have been reviewed rather than simply typed in. Weekly application limits — five for unrepresented players, ten for represented ones — mean the applications reaching you are deliberate.
From there the workflow is short on purpose. You open an application and it is marked Viewed. You shortlist the ones worth a second look. You request contact with the player you want to speak to, and they accept or decline. You mark the rest passed. The player sees every one of those steps on their side, so nobody is left guessing — and there is no open messaging to manage.
What you can see at a glance
Your dashboard carries your active openings, the applications received against each one, your shortlist, and your outstanding contact requests. Notifications tell you when an application arrives rather than requiring you to check.
Common questions
Can I stop unqualified players from applying?
Yes. Eligibility rules are enforced at the point of application: a player who does not meet the position, height, passport or experience requirements cannot apply, and you can add custom requirements of your own.
Can I accept applications only from agents?
Yes. Set the opening's intake mode to Agent Only and direct player applications are closed, or Agent Preferred if you want both but favour representation.
How long does an opening stay live?
You choose a submission window of three, five or seven days. The opening expires automatically when the window ends.
Is there messaging between teams and players?
No. You request contact and the player accepts or declines. Every interaction is a structured request rather than an open inbox.
